I ordered a product from this company, paid for it and never received it. Could not find them but they can't hide forever. I can't imagine taking money from hard working people. This is stealing. What is wrong with you? God don't like ugly. I hope no one else gets taken to the cleaners by these creeps.

I've bought a mobility scooter on December 29th. I've paid 80,98US ( 108,23Cdn)
But I never received it
This merchant is associated with PayPal. But I've paid with my credit card because I didn't had and I didn't wanted to have a PayPal account.
So I really think that PayPal and JHBY are thiefs and I will make à complaint against them

I saw an ad on Facebook for a mobility scooter that was on clearance, I really wanted this for my mom as she has great difficulty getting around. I’ve had good results with ads from Facebook so I thought this would be the same. NOT. I ordered & paid for it on Jan 11, 2022 but I haven’t heard anything from them. I have a receipt number but haven’t been able to get in contact t with them.

I found an ad on Facebook for a mobility scooter sold on clearance, I really needed a scooter so I decided to go for it. However it has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from them. I did get a delivery notice, however the tracking number had my address, but the package was not mine. I have filed a complaint with PayPal as that is how I paid for it. I have no other info at this time .
