Ive spoke with this guy twice and a kaitlin bologna once about the same GM job. The first two times the job had been put on hold. The 3rd time the pay had lowered and the shift was from 11 pm or midnight until sometime later in the a.m. he said id need to pass a background check and drug screen. I asked them how they done the check and screen since the last recruiter from another company obviously didnt know i had to have an order for a screen. He then said they dont require it only the background check. Next he told me GM requires my ss# to run it through a program that confirms whether or not i was ever employeed there DO YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING ME YOUR SOCIAL? I said nope and he reiterate its a requirement. I still declined.
