I ordered some face cream and eye serum on a trial, pay for shipping only. If you don't cancel within the trial period you get charged for the full order and they ship more. That's normal, I can accept that. But I never got the trial bottles and the trial started the day they created a shipping label, which was day one. Within 2 weeks, I was charged $200 plus for a shipment of the full order that had never been shipped either. I called to get my money back and they said they could only refund me $65 for each because I did not call before the trial was up. So, basically I gave them my money for nothing. I didn't even get my shipping money for the trial bottles. They are scammers and thieves.
