While trying to raise funds for a business startup, I was contacted by Mr Keefer. He sent contracts and names and such but was very sketchy on any questions asked. My bank and a bank his Closing company(LStar closing) used conducted investigation and determined senairio was a scam. Was directed by Mr Keefer and Lstar Closing to use alternative bank account and their own bank refused to do any transaction. Mr Keefer then was very arrogant and accused my bank of playing games.
