This website, www.jewelrytoll.com, advertised being associated with Kay Jewelers. When you clicked on the site it even brought up what looked like Kay's site. I ordered two sets of Diamond Bridal Set 1/2 ct tw Princess-cut 14k White Gold for $44 each, that came to $88 total. Then they even told me that with my kay's discount for being a valued member. This brought my total to $79.20. I put in my name and address and my card information, this was May 8th, 2023 at night. They received the money and sent me a order confirmation number e-mail. The name that showed up on my cash app card statement was PPP worldnicep com Shop. I checked on my order on May 11th, 2023 in the morning and could not get any information. I sent an e-mail to <[email protected]> that was given on the confirmation e-mail. Then checked Kay's site and contacted an agent. She informed me that this was indeed a scam site and advised me of what to do next. I did receive an e-mail in response to the one I sent in regards to information on my order. This e-mail came from Lesley Green <[email protected]>. She sent an e-mail saying to reply if I needed any help on the order. Also on the same e-mail was her thanking me for my order, the website I ordered from, the order number (SH-KA022GY-10008), all the product information and shipping information, and telling me the order will post in 2-4 days and then I will receive a tracking number once they get it from their delivery company. Another e-mail address that was put on the e-mail is <[email protected]>. This e-mail address was surrounded by Chinese writing. This e-mail had all the information but the payment information, how I paid. I have informed Kay Jewelers, my card company, and now the BBB. My card company said they were also going to investigate this situation. I have receive an e-mail from cash app letting me know that there was nothing they could do about the transaction for this fraudulent purchased from this scam. I was not and have not been informed if I will receive my payment that this site took off my card back. I would like to see something done with this scam so no one else gets scammed. If there is anything I can do to get my money back I will be more than happy to help.
