I began calling them , because I had not heard anything. When I reached them it was by email. I had received a check for $42.00 dollars, i mailed them told them to return my jewelry pieces asap. They told me my jewelry was gone that by mot returning the check within 4 days was my acceptance of the $42.00 offer. The check said nothing on it about acceptance.
I then sent e mail telling her that i am retired LEO, I was contacting the Ny ag office, the Utah AG office. That I have all the documentation of every contact between us , they used the USPS to commit fraud ,that this is a federal offense.
She e mail me said she had made a mistake and she was returning my jewelry to me. Which she did.
