I ordered a beautiful ring set before Valentine’s Day, and I was so happy about it. It has now been more than a month and my order still says “processing”. I have called multiple times and apparently management isn’t available because of COVID which is unacceptable. I hate I was scammed but the reviews on the website look real so I figured it was safe.
