Hello, on December 9th, 10th, and the 11th, I was scammed out of 1,964 dollars. There is a man named Edward Morgan from California, I met on the app tiktok where he claims to sell bulldog puppies. I paid this man $500 for this puppy. The supposed transport company jet logistics sent me and email which I still have saying I needed $946 dollars for a temperature controlled crate for the puppy I named Castiel (which I never got him), I paid that amount. Then they send me another email saying I needed $1,500 for insurance. I said no, and I asked "how come you didn't say that I was going to need 1,500 for insurance in the first email?" but they kept my money and was supposedly refundable. I have yet to get my money back since I didn't get him. I don't know if your company can help me but I'm desperate for help to get my money back.
