I visited the Jet Cost website, searched for tickets, and attempted to book one. After waiting, I discovered that the ticket I had selected was sold out. I then called the customer service number, spoke with an agent who quoted me a new price, and booked my flight through her. She charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation with my name. She also mentioned I would need to wait for seat assignments from United Airlines and that I would receive the tickets by the end of June. A few weeks later, I called again to follow up, and she assured me that the tickets would be sent. However, when I called this morning, the number was disconnected. I also submitted a message through their website, but I have not received any response yet.
