The company claimed that the wig I purchased is 100% human hair. They also claimed that the wig's hairline was pre-plucked and that the lace has bleached knots. Additionally, the lace is not the "HD" type, it's a cheaper kind. Very unsanitary and a perfume/scent was used to mask a dirty smell before I received my package. Way too much shedding from a wig that I just received. Knots are very visible and not bleached. No pre-plucking and no hairline to follow. Hair is synthetic, matted, tangles frequently and terrible quality. The hair pattern is not even the same. The refund policy states that customers will only receive an E-gift card to use for the company's website under certain circumstances. Please see attached file for more details.
