I purchased the gold platform sandals January 31 and was told I would received a shipping confirmation March 2 due to the item being on 3-4week pre-order. I did not receive any form of communication regarding my purchase besides an email confirming that I made a purchase. I reach out to the owner on her personal account, and never received a response. I commented on post owner would make on business page and she deleted all of my comment. I am so frustrated because I ordered the shoes to support her and I have been scammed.
