A friend of mine posted items for sale for me in her Facebook. Upon receiving inquiries, she would pass along my phone number to be able to further communicate with potential buyers.

This is one of a few I received where the person text me inquiring about a pricey item for sale and then ask for my payment info and email (i.e Venmo, Zelle, etc) and claim that they are going to send payment right away even though the item in question is no where near being in their possession. They are willing to send large amounts of money with no verification that they will even receive the item
