Jessica Nicole used messenger from Facebook post to ask for cheap rentals, to keep contact with me about a renting property for 650 plus a deposit of the same amount. She said to give her 50 for a completely refundable application fee and then after that wanted 300 for the deposit to move in. We offered 200 and she accepted, before blocking us the very next day two hours before our scheduled appointment to view the house. We gave her the money through cash app under the name Daniel Little. The house looked occupied and according to a neighbor is currently being rented by a young Hispanic man which is different from the old white woman on the messenger app. Attached below are the messages she sent.
