Fake car scam- sends Fake invoice stating Ebay buyer protection but demands payment be Money Gram Money Transfer-"10 minute" service. mailed to a made out and mailed to Timothy Holmes 1180 Blane Street Saint Louis Missouri 63108. This person also claims to be in the military and uses this as an excuses as to why the vehicle is so in expensive.
