She advertised for ladadoodle puppies and a deposit of 350 then set up a pick up time and the when it came close to the time she block me and she has my money. And refuses to respond and has blocked me.

A golden doodle puppy was posted on Facebook for sale in Richmond Virginia. I am located in Ohio. The seller of the puppy wanted me to send $250 via Zelle as a deposit prior to delivering the puppy to me. The seller then offered to ship the puppy to me via a business however still requiring a zelle deposit of $250. I questioned the idea of giving a nonrefundable deposit to someone without having the product in hand. I then offered to drive to Virginia to pick up the puppy and the seller still required a Zelle deposit. I know this is a scam and I don’t want anyone else fooled by this lady. I contacted other individuals that I saw had posted to her about a puppy. They all verified that she requested money transfer in advance to receiving a puppy. I will attach multiple images of the Facebook messenger conversation that took place.
