I purchased a teacup pomeranian puppy and never received the puppy. Website advertised for $600. That was to pick puppy up. Then I realized I couldn't drive 6.5 hours to pick puppy so he said will deliver to house tomorrow for $200 more. So he got $700 through Zelle and plys $100 through cashapp. Waited for puppy to be delivered and no puppy. Next I get a email that says urgent urgent urgent puppy needs a certain crate/carrier for the airline flight it will cost $1200-$1600 but told me I will get that money back when puppy arrives to my home. Told him I can't afford that so he says send half and I will cover the other half so I sent $500 through Zelle and $100 through cashapp. I said I can't afford anymore that is all I have after borrowing from everyone I knew. Then he calls and says I NEED to send the remaining balance of $500 because he can't do the other half. Everytime I would send the cash I would have to use a different email and name. Which I finally caught on too. So I said I have paid you more than what puppy was advertised for and I still don't have a puppy in my possession. I want my money returned/refunded please. He said No u will be sued! I keep asking him for the puppy I purchased but have not received the puppy and he will not return my $1400.
