I've owned my electrical business Bullock's Electrical Repair Inc since June 1994, this person has stolen personal credentials of mine along will attempting bank fraud against my business checking account while also some how stealing funds from my wife's joint account. We know this is a family member and we have turned in a police report of the fraud and theft to our local police department. At the present time this individual is actual operating under my credentials claiming to be his. He has also used my EIN number to create some business accounts. As the police continue there investigation I am constantly checking web site and trying to counter these illegal acts. You can actually view one of the fraudulent web sites @Bullock's Electrical Repair Inc, all information contained in that web ad is my personal information not his.

BBB Note: In this type of situation, you also may wish to contact, the Federal Trade Commission, the Virginia State Corporation Commission if they are using your entity information, and the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations (DPOR) and alert them to the issue. Wit the SCC and DPOR you may want to have them close your accounts.
