I purchased a video game for my son and never received package. UPS stated they delivered it but look like to the wrong shipping address. They are looking into it and looks like they have the wrong shipping address which is part of the scam on this company. I tried to call them phone number too short and email not valid. I then did further investigation into any other scams and found more people having this same issue with them. My credit card company gave me my money back and learned to just buy Amazon.

This website appears to be legit while shopping for items and it takes your money just fine but then you receive an email stating your order is on-hold until payment is received. You go look and payment went through however you never hear from them again. When you go to the Contact Us page, there is a partial phone number (missing a digit) and the support email address comes back bad.

I originally ordered a Whomping Willow Harry Potter set from the compant Jerseyeasy and paid them through pay pal. They sent a "package" to me, but it never arrived. Turns out UPS "delivered it" but there was nothing to deliver. I have also filed a claim with the US government, paypal, and UPS.

I ordered what would have been a Christmas Present for my nephew from this company. I received an email stating my order was received and my payment was taken from my Paypal account. A few days later, I received a bogus tracking number. I tracked my package only to find that the tracking number, which ended up being a UPS tracking number even though the company stated they shipped it via FedEx, was not found. I emailed the company 2 times with a returned email stating "this email cannot be sent due to recipients email server not accepting emails". I then looked for a phone number for this company on their website, only to discover the phone number listed is incorrect and missing a digit. I fully believe this website needs to be taken down so others are not scammed/tricked. www.jerseyeasy.com is a scam.

SCAM website.. read all the reviews. Purchased a lego set for my son since they had good prices, 10 days later no package or shipping confirmation. Come to find out they said they sent the package the day after I ordered and was delivered. Called UPS and they told me indeed it was not delivered to my address nor did it match my name. Am currently disputing with PayPal to try to return my funds. I am livid.

Jerseyeasy.com is a well-known scam website where the purchaser never receives their products. Doing an internet search of this website reveals sometimes after someone has bought from this site they are provided tracking numbers which turn out to be fake. Disputing becomes an issue as the fake tracking information would say the item is delivered when it wasn't.

I ordered a JoJo Siwa doll.They did take the money off my card but I realize now that i'm looking into their website that this is a fake site.Im out $44.70.
