I was contacted through instagram saying I won 10,000,000 plus cash in hand of 10,000 and a BMW. Was told that I needed to pay IRS a sum of 199.99 for the transfer fee across state lines and could get that back once delivery was made then they called said that they are held up with customs and needed 300 more to get through the customs department with my prizes. Told them sorry this sounds like major scam to me and did not send the 300. They deleted me from the app they were using and the app disappeared the next day I have all conversations with them and who I sent the 199.99 too.
