Recieved phony messenger text from what appeared to be a friend, included picture of the couple and their phone #. Offer $100,000 to 500,000 dollars for a fee. Money was community payback from facebook. Take cash to bank and deposit in account they would provide. Couldn't reach the bank so then wanted cash in envelop at USPO for next day delivery. Called friend who knew nothing about it and had stolen identity. Operating under name and pic of elderly man named jeremiah Robins. Gave claim reference #.
