Jeremiah Martinez and his assistant, Victor Miller contacted me on Oct 16th claiming they can help me do a loan modification dropping my interest rate. When I asked them how they make money from this, they told me that the banks pay them for every customer they help. I sent them my mortgage statement and last week Jeremiah tells me that I am approved and then sends me an email which is requesting some post dated checks. I tried to do a google search on this company however not too much info was available. My concern is that he asked for post-dated checks. I have not responded to him as I feel this is a huge scam and how many others is he doing this with.
