I was directed to a website from a Facebook Marketplace listing. Facebook Marketplace listings and seller were verified. Purchased item from website via PayPal for purchase protection. Received email confirmation and regularly checked order status on site. After two weeks, contacted email address provided for update– received no response. Called phone number provided on website– number is for another unrelated legitimate store based in California (Living Spaces) that does not use the same order numbering system (their orders start with 'SO' not 'QLT') and does not have a record of my order through the order number I was given, my phone number, or my address. LS representative was very confused and did numerous searches to confirm they have no record of me. The Living Spaces website address does not match the website address I ordered from. This seller is scamming individuals with a false website utilizing Living Spaces' products and customer service phone number to disguise themselves as legitimate. Thankfully PayPal immediately refunded my money. I have since been able to identify several more fake FB Marketplace sellers in on this scam.
