Consumer received a call from Nancy from Jenkis Logistics. She stated that someone had filed a complaint against the consumer. She gave him a complaint number AL4206, then transferred him to a man named James who said he was from a company called Watson & Stevenson. He asked the consumer for his SSN, and street name to "verify that it was him". Consumer threatened to call the Attorney General's office and the BBB, and then James started to get a little bit rude, stating that the consumer can do whatever he wanted.
