Placed an order on 2-11-21. Shipment was supposed to go out 1-3 days. After 10 days, (I was supposed to be notified by email when it shipped out) I called out to them asking about it and if it shipped yet. From that point on until present, I have been getting the runaround. When I phone them, I go to voice mail, which they do not answer. When I email them, I get generic form letter type responses. They blame their site being down and the shipper having issues. They promise to send me tracking information which they don't. Some emails I get no answers to. Yes, this is a scam artist and I plan to pursue for the return of my money.

I ordered 3 pair of "Bernie mittens" for a total of $49.95 on 2/3/2021. The tracking said they would be here in 1-3 days. I still have not received them and the phone number and email do not work. It has been 5 weeks. The information on the website is also nonsensical.

This company has renamed itself to “Jen Ellis” the same name as the woman who created Bernie Sander’s mittens. They are claiming to offer and be the only source of the official mittens, however they gave no connection to the individual Jen Ellis.
