An Pop-Up Ad came through for some workout out weights and We figured, Why not grab these weights just in case the country have another shut down in America, due to Corona Virus. We ordered weights from Jeloow, thinking it's a reputable company. There was plenty of confusion on both ends; due to a confirmation number was never received when order was placed on 07/06/2021, however, funds were taken out of bank account. 25 emails of back and forth later, nothing has been resolved, except "once Jeloow get the item back, then Jeloow will refund our money for an item that was sent to another state on the day of the initial order. The Jeloow's email contact aka customer service sent incorrect delivery information. Jeloow lead us to believe the items were coming from New Jersey; when in fact we were informed the items were coming from China. We were provided an incorrect tracking number through a delivery service called 17 Track. The tracking information states the item was delivered to Bremerton, WA on the 6th of July 2021. The weird part is, we placed the order on 07/06/2021, and we live in Arizona. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JELOOW. You may never receive your order and/or you will receive fraud shipping ticket information like We did.
