This is a puppy scammer. Saw his ad and contacted him on the phone number he provided. The puppy is supposed to be located in Dallas TX and I am in Houston TX. The man says he will only accept payment via money order. I am going ro dallas in a coupke days anyway and told gim i would pay cash. I tell him I cannot send a money order but would be willing to do PayPal or something similar. He won't even accept a cashiers check. He says money order or nothing. I make the trip to dallas and he texts that we aren't qualified for a puppy.
