This is a scam. They advertise puppies for sale at reasonable prices. They have the ScamPulse.com accreditation sticker posted at the bottom of their home page. They offer shipment through American Airlines, and only accept payment through Zelle which doesn’t offer protection against fraud. The day we were supposed to be getting the puppy they sent us an email stating that they needed to upgrade the shipping crate to accommodate weather conditions. This would cost us $1600. When we made the decision to not move forward with arrangement this they gave us all these reasons why they couldn’t refund us the money. I needed to call to cancel the shipping request; however, when I called the number it was a cell number that went to voicemail. Not a shipping company, and no customer service number available.
