I received an email saying that my automatic subscription had been renewed from them for 389.95 and a total of 900.00 would be charged. I called and the guy wanted me to download an app to have access to my phone. I immediately hung the phone up. I did not give them any information, nor did I give them my name or phone number. I have no clue what this is for or anything. They also gave me a reference id number, date and subscription fee amount.
