This client Marilyn called our company concentrix, which was convergys before. Concentrix now has Microsoft process under which I work. This customer called us for a small issue on the computer, as the connection was not going well, I scheduled an appoint today at 9 am. We talked about the issue yesterday for almost an hour. When I called her today, this lady had taken a control of our clients phone and even pretended to be Marilyn on her cell phone. I complained by HR department and request to allow me to do a research about this IT director. I did research, and found that she h[censored]d all the personal information of elderly customer and charges them every now and then. She doesn’t allow to interact any of the clients to anyone. She even threatened me not to call her clients and then she will forget everything. As I’m not a scammer I doubt she’s targeting all single elderly woman as her client and taking over all the personal information. She runs a fake website company in the name of JCT technology and services where her mobile number is registered . I request to take an immediate action and investigate her. The scammer cell number is registered as Donna ricker and Brittany ricker
