I keep getting calls from 800 and 844 numbers with a recording stating a claim number. When I call it back it says I've taken out a payday loan that needs to be repaid immediately or I will be taken to court, They are calling my family and ex husband as well asking for me. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan. It is a scam and they are harassing me and my family. I don't know what to do. They call at LEAST 3 times a day and I don't know how to get it to STOP. I've told them to send me the court documents then he starts yelling at me telling me I am going to go to jail if I don't pay today.
