An arbitration firm by the name of JCC, consistently calls my cell phone number as well as the cell phone numbers of several of my family members. They are stating that I owe on a payday loan and that I will be going to jail if I don't pay. They have my social security number, address, and are aware that I have bank accounts at Bank of America. I asked for their corporate address and they were unable to provide it.
