On March 15, 2022, at 9:15 pm, the so called technician (Jonathan) came to my house to repair a Samsung washing machine. I was watching what he was doing. He didn't know what he was doing. He kept using Google app for help. He became subsequently nervous and he began sweating profusely. He said to me" Boss, are you okay? I don't like the way you are watching me! I'm not doing anything illegal! Do you like people watching you when you are working?" I said " what are you talking about?" He began arguing with me and my wife. He said that his washing machine was working fine at home and he didn't care about ours. He wanted to charge an extra $224. The entire job was going to cost me $850, which is the same price for a new one. He left the machine dismantled and he told me that the company was going to refund me the money. I sent an email and photos to the company. I explained the behavior of Jonathan. The next day, a lady called me and blamed me for watching what Jonathan was doing in my own home. I had given the company $160 deposit. The lady told me that she was going to refund me only $24 within 48 hours. I have not yet received the money. This company is a scam! I would advise everyone to stay away. You would be better off buying a new machine.
