Credit card charged without authorization twice in April. I called the number on the visa transaction and spoke to a person that say it's an auto reports company called Vehicle Story. they say they are from St Petersburg Florida. My bank told me the company was from Wilmington Delaware and was an auto dealer. When I googled the company I did find out it was registered 2 months ago in DE and there is no other information about them no website nothing. DE State filing number 5170182, the phone number listed on the transaction was a bogus call center. They have a registered agent that the address for them is 256 CHAPMAN ROAD STE 105-4 newark De 19702 no phone number was listed with the state registration.
