I bought a nintendo switch for my brother and you know like the [censored] I am for the good price I did everything they told me to do I zelle them the money and i knew i should’ve listened to myself when i knew it felt wrong. I sent them multiple emails and messages and everything and I called their number nothing they didn’t get back to me and their number was out of service. I called my bank and told them and they said they would do what they could got a letter back saying that there was barely anything they could do and that they just told the zelle company to keep a look out for stuff like this. I can’t believe company, stay away from them.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch Lite at a "discounted price". Everything looked legit. I had an invoice, and even an order number. My purchased stayed in "pending" status. About 4 days later I received an email that there was a problem with their online payment processing, so I would have to make a purchase using Zelle Or Venmo. I immediately refused and notified my bank of the fraudulent transaction. Beware of this "business".

Fortunately I was not a victim of this fake retailer. The first thing I noticed, I thought it was very odd they appeared to be an electronics store, but had every department under the sun listed, including "food." I go to click on the other departments, and nothing! They're not clickable links, but appear in their side menu as they should be! I had reviewed "about us" before that, while it almost seemed legit, it consisted of bad grammar (but hey, I've seen legit companies have bad grammar). As none of the links to other "departments" worked, I then googled the name of the company. The first thing I saw is that they are not BBB accredited. But then Bam! This site pops up! I knew it! If something don't seem right, it usually isn't.

For the people who actually sent these people money, honestly I don't feel bad. I can bet you had a bad feeling, but you want to save a few bucks THAT bad, you still go with it. Legit retailers would never do that! If I didn't do my research (unlikely), I definitely would have put the brakes on at the first request to send money, rather than completing a traditional transaction. If you don't know you were leaving yourself totally unprotected by doing that, I don't know what to say...have you been living under a rock? And then you get so mad, but not at yourself as you should be, and say you're only going to big box retailers from now on. It only takes a few minutes to verify the legitimacy of a company. And if it don't seem right from the start, and you can't find a thing about the company either, don't go thru with the purchase, that simple.

Given an order ID 73288796, paid by credit card. Have not received item. Reviews are obviously authentic.

I have done my research on this business and have found it to be a total scam. They claim that their credit card system doesn't work and can only accept money transfer through Zelle. Once someone has done this, there is no more contact, and no refund, and no product (this is based on research of other complaints; I was personally not a victim). Look up the address and you will find that it is not the business it claims to be, the address is to a tire store in a business complex. The store is non-existent. Do not buy from this scammer.

I'm very very upset
Back in the beginning of September I used the money I had saved (I'm a single mom) to get my son the only thing he wanted for Christmas a PS5! I was so excited to find one at the price it should be listed at i bought it. The company sent me an email (instantly) stating to use Zelle payment instead. DO NOT USE ZELLE to purchase an item because it is considered cash. I then got an email stating my item was being processed then a follow up email sailing it shipped and to respond back to the email for any questions so I asked several times for the tracking information and how do I track my order. No response. I have not received the item or my money back and now I have no idea how I am going to get my son a Ps5 for Christmas. I'm devastated.

Went to order a Xbox for my son. Entering all my personal info included credit card I later get a email from Adam saying their credit card machine is having trouble and tells me to send it over through bank . That was it money gone and I fell for it. Website looked legit but I will only shop at big retailers for now on.

JBK is a fraudulent business. Read the reviews. They trick you into transferring money instead of paying by credit card because they know you have no protection. They lie about everything. They do not have products that are hard to find. Can't believe that Google includes them as a legit business. COMPLETE FRAUD - STAY AWAY!

Tried buying an Xbox using a credit card. Shortly after, I received this email:

"We're currently experiencing technical difficulties with our online credit card merchant because of that, all payments are manually processed via Bank Transfer or Zelle.

Kindly confirm if you're willing to complete your order manually either via Bank Transfer or Zelle to enable us commence with delivery.

Please reply to this email if you have any questions."

This website is a scam. You will place your order only to receive an email stating that they're experiencing technical difficulties with their online credit card merchant and that all payments must be done via Zelle or bank transfer. Both options provide you with no protections. Beware and purchase from a reputable vendor.

I ordered an Xbox Series X from them the credit card payment wasn't processed so, I emailed them they claimed that there was an issue with their credit card merchant. They offered two other ways to pay them bank transfer and Zelle. After I completed the transfer with my bank I asked them if the account information matched up with the account information they sent me. They said that there would be no problem as long as it was correct. I waited more than a week and then I tried emailing them twice no response. Avoid third party sites like JBK Gadget.

I ordered a Nintendo weeks ago. They haven't sent anything and will no longer answer the phone. I was robbed.

Selling PS5's well below retail. Same scenario with Mac laptops. All Google reviews are from Nigeria, the ones from the United States indicate they had been scammed, mostly with PS5's.
