It was an ad posted on facebook about a Bose 4 CD Changer for $39.99. There's no phone number for their support or customer service department, they only indulge you by email (support @htcs-perserve.com) & they've ignored my request for such a number. It's been over a month since placing the order & they're giving me the runaround . I kept screen shots. All they're going to say is that they got my email and will get back to me, with the same song and dance. Plus their website is not accessible. Part of me now doesn't care about getting my money back back but to put a stop to this scam. I've just about resigned that I'm not going to get the merchandise I ordered. And even if they are legitimate (which I doubt) their service is horrible. Either way, they need to be made to go away and not return.
