I went to buy a puppy from this "certified breeder"and the dog was $950 FREE shipping. I sent the money to him ($958 through western union, $8 charge) and he said the puppy was ready to be shipped. I then get multiple emails from the shipping company saying I need to pick a special crate for the flight which ranged from another $1300-2200, but this money was supposed to be completely refundable once the dog arrived at my house. I sent $1500 and they were ready to send the dog out. THEN supposedly I need to put down another $2350 deposit for insurance or else they wont send the puppy. This is where I drew the line, I said no I want my money back. The shipping company is now supposedly "holding" the dog until someone puts forward that "refundable deposit." The breeder wont refund me and neither will the shipping company. I am reporting my transactions through western union and money gram as we speak, and I am then calling the credit card company and contacting the fbi.
