On October 11th I, contacted Jaycee_Customs via Instagram DM’s. She has a website where she sells shoes which is www.jayceecustoms.tech. However at the time her website instructed customers to dm her on instagram to make a payment for purchase. On October 13th at 12:24 pm. I contacted her again to finalize the payment for a custom shoe of hers titled Crystal Glow. I paid in the amount of 375 via cashapp. I was then asked my full name and address which is 3600 SW 38th Street West Park, FL. I was told I would get the shoes on the 19th and was told that I would receive tracking information and pictures soon. The 19th arrived and the shoes were nowhere to be found! I then contacted her again on the 23rd, the 25th, and the 26th. Finally, on the 27th I reached out once more with the conclusion if she didn’t answer this time I would contact authorities. She finally responded and apologized profusely. Stating that she got very caught up for her birthday week and that she was behind. I was upset and stated that I was told I would receive my shoes on the 19th. That 2 weeks had past and her birthday week had nothing to do with the week I was supposed to get my shoes. She continued to apologize and said that I would receive my shoes this Friday on November 3rd and that she would ship out my order on Thursday, November 2nd. At 2:20 pm, Thursday November 2nd. I messaged her again regarding my shoes. She once again gave me an excuse saying she got backed up and that tomorrow on November 3rd she would ship them out. I asked “tomorrow absolutely?” To which she had no reply for. Now today November 4th she has completely ignored me once again. It has been almost a month since ordering and I have never received my shoes nor have I received my money back.
