I ordered a chain from Jaxxon. They created a shipping label through Fedex but never sent it out. They said it shipped. Then canceled my shipment and created a new shipment that also has not been sent. I asked for a refund and was refused. told I couldn’t get a refund until I receive the chain that wasn’t sent out in the first place.
