Agent name was Roxy Castro, ext 203, called today 02/25/2021 calling because a complaint was filed against a family member. They would not verify because family member would not provide dob. She was able to verify the name and year he was born but wanted me to verify month and day. I stated I had the file number that was given. She was indicating that she had everything up but wanted me to verify. I said no, due to identity theft IRS told me not to give out any information. I told her to mail letter then and she was able to verify that it will be sent to the state I reside in. I told her okay and hung up.
