Im renting this apartment from Sylvio I went to go get help from City of Orlando they ask him for the owner W9 he said the owner doesn't have one that the owner lives in Venezuela they sent him a foreign paper to fill out he told City of Orlando the owner doesn't have a Foreign identification number either. Please help me I'm renting and the owner have nothing and all Sylvio want is money. Please help me. After he noticed I know about the W9 he said his not gonna renew my lease my lease ends March 1st 2022 he gave 15 days to move after we talked in December 2021 to renew the lease.
