After doing so I was declined. I received an e mail stating I was declined and if I wanted further information I was to call Jasper Mastercard Support. When I called, I was told to send an email. They would not give me a last name of the person I was speaking with. I had to send 3 emails to get an answer which pretty much stated I did not fit their criteria. In the meantime, Jasper Mastercard had full access to all my banking account transactions, income, username and password, etc. I had to close bank acct, change all financial info, put out fraud alerts, etc to protect my personal info and money.
