We tried to buy a Pug Puppy. We put $400 down and they emailed us a contract. Then we paid the rest of the money. They supposedly set up delivery by airplane of the puppy by a delivery service. The dog was supposed to come to our house. An hour before the dog was supposed to be here we were emailed that we had to pay insurance or they could not put the dog on the airplane at the Dallas airport. We were told 90% of the insurance fee would be refunded by check when the dog arrived. They said they couldn't get the dog on the flight in time after we paid the insurance and she would have to stay at the airport overnight, but they would take good care of her. The shipper was Steed Darryl, 4309 Scotty Dr., Amarillo, Tx 79110. They posponed her arrival 3 times. We did not receive the dog and they have disconnected their phone.
