I received multiple emails saying my Geek Squad subscription was being auto renewed for $417. Because I had recently done so e computer work/service I opened it. It allowed them access to my computer remotely. Because I had my banking info open in my computer they were able to see/access my account info. I was able to freeze accounts and close down computer (after multiple attempts) I called help # associated with email at the same time and they were very persistent about getting my personal info. When I told them this was a scam and I would be reporting everything they became very rude and swearing and called back 2 times after I hung up. I then blocked the number. I was able to stop them before they stole any money but they were able to move money around in my different accounts.

This looked legit and came at a time I was doing other computer business so did not cross my mind not to open. All emails had a person's name in subject line.
