Found website and send an email to merchant that I was interested in buying a puppy. I was contacted via text message. Went through an interview process via text message. On 3/23 received an email about Transfer of Dog Ownership Agreement. Document was printed and signed and sent back to merchant. On 3/23 received message that I would receive the dog on 3/25. Price that was paid for was the puppy, delivery to local airport and extra for home delivery. As of today still no dog. I have made several attempts (text messages and calling). The phone just keeps ringing then a busy signal comes on. Per the agreement he had 48 hours to surrender the puppy or refund will be given. See attached
