I’m an international student studying in United states. I received a call on Oct 27,2022 in the morning around 10:40 Am from a lady stating that she’s an official from my university and she said she received a complaint on me from immigration officer that few forms are missing in my file and that’s illegal and as a result i will be terminated from university or interrogated by immigration officer. Later I received a call from an other number stating that he is an immigration officer, he made me open several forms like Alien residence etc and told that I haven’t submitted any of those forms to united states government which is a strict violation of law and for that I will be prisoned or charged fee for missing the deadline and took $500 as an extra fee for missing deadline. They asked for an other $950 but as my transaction daily limit is $500 through chase bank zelle, I didn’t transfer that and asked my cousin to do that. They used different numbers to contact me
