I have been looking to move out of a house I am currently renting, due to the monthly payment increase, so I looked online for availability in apartments and other smaller houses. I saw a 2 bedroom house at a really good deal, so I made contact through the website, and was on my way of getting things in place so I could rent it. Come to find out, it was a huge scam. A family friend looked into the insurance part of the house and found out it has already been bought, and the owner is not who he said he was; and the final nail in the coffin is the lease agreement he just sent me a few moments ago. Jason David Smith isn’t an actual person, and even if he was, he wouldn’t have signed the lease agreement by another name!
