Jason Auto sold me tailgate for 2008 rhino 700 for $200, then a shipping app was provided (Star Tesk) email of eliteparcelexpress.com. Asked for 199$ for shipping insurance: that was not an option, it had to be paid or my package would not be released. That would be full refunded after delivery of package. Then stated that my package was in Oklahoma and being held for 300$ State Taxes. A state duty for enforced import and export of Oklahoma. I contacted the better business, and mail fraud through USPS. They take zelle, cashapp, chime, apple pay..
