I had to follow up on my shipment after a couple weeks to get an update that it was delayed. After a while, I finally got tracking after a couple weeks of purchase. Then, when it arrived 30+ days later, I told them that the size was incorrect and not as described. So I emailed them and they said they need pictures and measurements for proof. I sent all my pictures with tape measurement all laid out. I waited days and couple weeks, contacted them several times and never got an answer back. Then, I get a response saying they don't do returns or refunds and that it was over the 30 day policy. They have the audacity to tell me all this when they said they needed proof to help me process it when there shipment was over 30 days in itself. So I did all that for nothing and they took my money, did nothing of any exchange or resolution to my problem. They ripped me off and did not offer a solution. The products are no use to me. The descriptions are wrong and their customer service is none. They don't have a number to call or place of contact. They don't even put an address anywhere.
