Type of a scam Online Purchase

The website had a sale going on, i ordered on May 13th 2025 three pieces a necklace and 2 dresses total 38.93 i also paid 6.00 for 2 day bussniess shipping. I got the first email may 13th with the confirmation the order was placed. I waited a total of 5 days May 18th Sunday i contacted the store via email and dm i asked was the order shipped as i haven't gotten a tracking number i also included pictures as proof of my order. the person I'm guessing the owner sent me a voice note on Instagram saying she emailed me when i checked my email she asked for my number i sent her a my number she need texted me the my order **** was being shipped Monday 5/19 i said okay i go to see if i got a tacking and nothing the website link is also down. Thrusday 5/22 i reach out again because its enough time i reach out via email and Dm i ask if there's an update on the order she response with a hey love and i haven't heard from her since i also reached out 5/23 in the morning and nothing. It's not about the money, I'm also a bussniess owner I think its so unprofessional that I the buyer have to be after my item I was very nice but its not right. I feel scammed
