I was attempting to purchase a puppy and the price was right, $675. I used CashApp for this and it went through. When the puppy was supposed to be shipped, the "shipper" texted saying it was going to cost and extra $950 for insurance which was refundable upon delivery. After much trouble the breeder told me to use gift cards and he would get the money to the shipper (which I stupidly did). They decided to not ship the dog that day and the next morning I get a text from the "shipper" stating the dog is in the wrong crate and it will be an additional $770 for the crate. At this point I terminated the transaction because this was obviously a scam since they wanted the money in gift cards. The Kennel is Jarrel Schichon Kennel out of Portland, Maine. Their number is (207) 305-9713 but whatever you do, don't try to get a dog from them. This has already been reported to the Better Business Bureau, my local state police, the attorney generals office and the Federal Trade Commission. Beware, these people are viscious and try to intimidate and coerce using the "puppy" (there probably isn't one).
